How do I know the condition of the resale clothing items?

All of our items undergo a thorough quality inspection to check for any stains, holes, missing buttons, etc. All gently worn items are freshly laundered in a fragrance and dye-free detergent or Dreft and checked a second time prior to photographing.

In order to assist you in buying your clothes, we have developed a system for noting the condition of all of our resale items. It is as follows:

New: these items have never been washed or worn and are in perfect condition.

Excellent: May have been previously washed and worn, these items are like new and show minimal or no signs of wear.

Very Good: Gently worn, in great condition with only minor noticeable wear. No stains, rips, tears, etc.

Good: Previously worn and some wear is evident (fade, pilling, etc.). Overall condition is good and any flaws will be noted on these items.

We do not sell any items with holes, rips, tears, broken zippers or missing buttons ever. If we wouldn’t give it to someone we love or let our children/grandchildren wear it, we won’t sell it.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept several forms of payment. You can pay via PayPal or by money order.

PayPal payments will only be sent to a confirmed shipping address. You can register for a free PayPal account at www.paypal.com. PayPal protects the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts your information. PayPal will process your credit card, send the funds to us and we will process your order within one business day.

Money orders can be sent to PO Box 270462, Flower Mound, TX 75027. The item(s) will be put on hold for ten (10) days. Once the money order is received and the funds have been cleared, you will receive an electronic confirmation, and the merchandise will be shipped the same day. If payment is not received within ten (10) days it will be placed back up for sale.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Unless you live in the state of Texas, there will be no sales tax. For Texas residents, 8.25% sales tax will be added to your order.

How often do you add new inventory?

We add new inventory on a regular basis (several times a week). Please bookmark our site and check back often for the latest great deals for your little guy or gal.

Do you have specials and discounts?

We offer specials and discounts throughout the year.

Do you accept items on consignment?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept items on consignment at this time. However, if you live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and have gently used items in excellent condition and the latest styles which you are looking to sell, we do buy items outright.
